Should I send my WordPress or hosting password through this form?
No. Do not send passwords through this form or in the first WhatsApp message. Required access will be requested separately after the job is confirmed.
Can you guarantee my website will never be hacked again?
No provider can guarantee that. Our warranty covers recleaning of the same infection within the stated period, subject to the warranty conditions. We also provide basic hardening and recommendations to reduce risk.
What can cancel the malware warranty?
The warranty may not apply if unsafe plugins or themes are reinstalled, access is shared insecurely, recommended updates are refused, or the website is changed by another party after cleanup.
What if the website cannot be recovered?
If there is no usable clean backup or the damage requires rebuilding, we will explain the finding and provide a separate quotation before any rebuild work.
Are premium plugins, hosting and domain charges included?
No. Paid licences, hosting, domain and other third-party charges are quoted separately when required.
