• For malware repair, full recovery depends on the condition of the website, hosting, backup availability and infection severity.

Rich Brain (M) Sdn Bhd will take reasonable care in providing services. However, we are not liable for indirect losses, business interruption, data loss, third-party platform issues or hosting/provider failures unless otherwise agreed in writing.
